DeSoto vs. Longview

DeSoto delivered a dominant performance in a 60–28 win over Longview, controlling the game on both sides of the ball. The Eagles' offense was explosive from the start and never slowed down, building a comfortable lead and keeping pressure on Longview throughout the night.

Quarterback Legend Howell led the way for DeSoto, completing 12 of 14 passes for 285 yards and four touchdowns. In the backfield, Saro Baker had a huge night on the ground with 158 rushing yards and three touchdowns, consistently breaking through the defense. Ja’Quavion Silas also contributed with 61 rushing yards and a touchdown, adding to DeSoto’s balanced attack.

Longview fought hard behind Johnny Hamilton, who threw for 159 yards and a touchdown while also adding 65 rushing yards. Despite the effort, DeSoto’s speed and efficiency proved too much, as the Eagles pulled away and closed out an impressive victory.
